We've worked every neighborhood on Tampa Bay water since 1992 — from the Bayshore mansions on Hillsborough Bay to the canal communities of Apollo Beach, the Pinellas Gulf-side from Clearwater Beach down through Indian Rocks, and the inland Hillsborough River and Alafia waterfronts.
Every part of Tampa Bay has its own quirks. South Tampa seawalls deal with deep boat traffic chop. Apollo Beach docks deal with shallow canals and tide differentials. Clearwater Beach docks deal with Gulf-side surge. We build for each one differently.
